you can only do that if you bring the buyer yourself and convince him to accept push, but situation like this, you'll have to wait, that's why I don't use afternic lander. Atom can still communicate with buyer if they're willing to accept push from current registrar if seller made the request.

60 days for where. He'll get it once he paid. If the sales was to be on Daaz he'll just push it without paying.

the case of push is different from transfer if the marketplace where the sales happens accept push, there wouldn't be any issues waiting but with afternic, he'll have to wait till 60days is over simple!

yes, anytime you transfer a domain to a new registrar it get locked for another 60 days!
