POS businesses must be at least suspended by CBN.

Is POS business the major cause of kidnapping and terrorism? They only play a tiny part in the whole processes. Why not suspend the use of phones and banks as well. The CBN can only regulate the sector which they've been doing by telling POS operators to register with CAC.
