This is me, I can't, my wedding cost for a day can't be more than my marriage cost for one year. People just set themselves up for failure. Tell these women who push men around to contribute 25% of the cost and see how they will break up the wedding they dream about. Women don't give a damn about you it's just what they want so why play into that game?

The only reason why women want men majorly is because of that mindset that someone will take up that responsibility which they themselves should cater as an adult, ability to provide. Once you loose that ability by your intention to do what women want same woman will leave you because you have lost that ability to provide. Men should stay smart at all times
No lie detected here. You are absolutely right on this.

Why do people think weddings must be big, get both families with few close friends together, do small thing then go home and rest, it's better to spend that huge amount on something that would last rather than spending it on a one day celebration, money wey you for use buy baby hanger, baby food and some kind things you don use am feed people, wetin your pikin go come chop when you born.
One bottle of Valetta wine for you.🍾

The man has set himself up for failure in marriage because debt repayment will make him financially responsible enough in marriage and many things will be lagging which will result to issues in marriage.
Always plan your event according to your size. There's no competition in this thing.
Get a good concept, plan ahead and be realistic with yourself. You will end up having very minimal bill to settle afterwards and you will be financially viable to take care of your responsibilities at home.
Peace!
You nailed it.

How many people do you think can plan a wedding according to their budget ? We need to be realistic sometimes. Even a so called mediocre wedding nowadays can still cost more than a million naira, how many people do you think have that saved somewhere.
I understand your points but the parties involved have to agreed on not to exceed their budget. Besides some saved up for their wedding without necessary borrowing. If it's 500k you have, do your stuff and have peace of mind. Peradventure I have 20M in my account breathing, I won't spend more than 3M on my wedding. We have more important things to invest our money on.

Now someone who doesn't know how he worked hard to build the palatial mansion will come from nowhere and mismanage everything he work for, cuz people tend to mismanage things they didn't work for, too bad the man couldn't take it with him to the grave, no rush life by saying I'll do anything it takes to become rich cuz at the end it won't matter, all your hardwork will be left at the mercy of someone who knew nothing about what you went through, if you're lucky someone wise might take over after you're gone and keep your legacy alive, but that's rare.
Word.

A rejected stone is now a super star. Sometimes, the challenges might just be part of the success story. Don't give up and keep grinding.
