1. Candidates did it themselves
2. Candidates did it VIA proxy
3. Supporters did it without the knowledge of the candidates.

Now, someone posted it and accused the candidates of being behind it. So what should we do? Now considering the fact that Tinubu is very unpopular there, then anything is possible. It has happened before especially in the North. The goal of every candidate is to win elections.
