Your employer will give you a contract, ensure you read it thoroughly and understand most of the clauses there, if the contract states 1 year then after one year you can renew or look for job else where. But it’s advisable to be in that province until you get your citizenship.
Thanks for your reply.

Yes designated employers in the Atlantic province must show proof at the time of applying for a provincial endorsement that the company has made effort in recruiting a permanent residence/canadian citizen (locally)within the province to fill up the shortage of labour. With that said, employer must submit proof of newspapers, and magazines where they advertised the job title which made it eligible for the company to recruit a foreign employee.
Hi
Thanks for your input.

I'd like to ask you a question.
How long do you need to work with your employer before you can move to other jobs or provinces.
I'm saying this because some people are of the opinion that you will be irrevocably tied to your employer once you go this route.
What's your opinion on this?
