Oh my! What a fine young man and also in his final year at that.
If you know half of what people are going through you'd know suicide sometimes could seem a very 'normal' way out.
I'm going through a lot right now and sometimes the suicide thoughts flashes through my mind too, unfortunately so.

Please share what you are going through with someone you trust or better still seek a professional help. I can send you the details of a professional if you want. Please, suicide is not the answer, it does more harm with no solution.

1) is it still possible for a lady in her early 30s?
2) is there any certification course for HR that doesn't have to do with stages like CIPM.

mine was 2 weeks ago though online, then email test interview, I never attempted the interview but was surprised that I was sent a congratulatory mail for the post of a marketer, whereas I applied for admin assistant. So, you can give it a try because it is a genuine company, they have a website but don't be surprised if it turns out to be a marketing job.
