Yes, you can pay 70% before the training starts and complete the balance before the end of the training. The training is actually free, the amount is for the normal installation instruments an installer needs to work with. We will actually encourage people from outside Lagos to come for this training so that we can engage them with some our projects outside Lagos, this is why we are providing free accommodation to few people coming from outside Lagos. Few installers would be engaged fully while some will be on contract.
