Increase the pay to at least 50k and see quality applicants trooping in!

Knew someone that applied but got discouraged coz of the pay!

Our starting salary is not a permanent salary. We have Staffs earning higher than N50,000 and we review the salary a lot sooner than a lot of other small companies can claim (2-3 months). We may not offer the highest salary currently but that would change with time and growth. Those who get on board us now would be higher up the company chain than those who would come in when our starting salary is N150,000.

We value our people, especially the ones who have decided to grow with us at this our pluripotent stage.
