I can also confirm to you that I met this lady some few minutes before her death. During our casual visit to the polytechnic after our work with my cousin, we met her strolling out from a joint with her friend and we drew there attention. They both came together and my cousin chatter with her friend while I chatted with her. In the course of our discussion, she talked incoherently like someone on drugs which she was anyway. Eventually she started begging me for money that she's hungry and that she needed to eat. I then stylishly called my cousins' attention to her request and after so much pressure from her to my cousin, my cousin gave her something to take a bike and then to eat. I collected her number and my cousin collected the friends number and they both climbed the bike with her friend. I wish I had carried her from that point with her friend to go and eat, maybe this would have been averted.Am sure the bike man that carried them from our place was the one that stabbed her cos obviously she doesn't have money. Unfortunately I never called her, until tonight when my cousin called her friend and the friend informed my cousin of the incidence. Hmmm. R.I.P. Life is indeed short. I can't still believe she's late. I met this lady less than 10 min before her death. Death was not written on her face at all.

I can tell you that this love is real. Am writing as a staff of the university the accolades to this man is unequalled. This is no mean saying that the man have performed creditably well. Over 10 send forth was organised for him. It's an honour well deserved. A humble man, an amiable man, his office door is always opened for both staff and students to see him without appointment. He attends marriage ceremonies, naming , burial of any staff irrespective of your level to the least junior staff. He eats whatever you give to him at such events without questioning. If staff are going to visit bereaved staff he doesn't use his official car but drives in the same school bus like other staff. He sits in the front seat of his official vehicle with his driver even though he has a police orderly, he doesn't use it. The police man rather seat at the school gate. So much more that I can't explain here. This man is an extra ordinary man. He is not a regular man you meet anywhere. For me I have never seen this kind of man before. I had a direct interaction with him as a boss I worked directly with and there's no regret at all. We wish we can keep him but alas his tenure is over. For all the people you have blessed sir, God bless you

Prof Abfulmumini Rafindadi, the outgoing VC of Federal Univ. Lokoja has really tried. In fact, we would have loved him to stay. He has really performed crditabley well. I doubt if anyone can beat his performance in the years to come. With the rare privileged of meeting him he is an extraordinary super human being. The transformation and the solid foundation he layed is unequalled. From staff to students, the accolades are the same. I can say they had up to 20 send forth events in the honor of the exceptional man from the departments to the faculty to the general sendforth.
