If u are still looking for a house to rent dere z a newly renovated self-contain house at agbowo not far from u.I called comfort nd class for 160k. Each room has 2 bed (so u can share with someone if u want) , tv, wardrobe, extention, reading lamp, fridge, mirror,toilet/bathroom, stove, nd washing machine on each floor. It all has a generator dat running for 2hours each day but the landlord said 2floors of d building has to be occupied before d generator can be used. I think dats about it. The landlord's number is 07051508880.

All this pre-installed in a self Contain?

70k,35k & 25k respectively
But I doubt if you will see one man, even 2 man self , deir are plans for it to be expanded to contain 3,due to the increase in demand for bed space

if you made payment today , you dont have to print receipt yet, beacuse matric noumber hasnt been generated for you .
you will wait for few days till that is done , and it will be done allong side with allocation of hall of residence.
until then both matric number and allotted hall will still be null

You will get a mail of your matric number
Once you have a matric number.. Your school fees will be printable and on it you will see your allotted hostel

To those who have paid
You can find your allotted hostel inside your school fees receipt.
The school fees receipt will be printable if you've received a message of issued matric number.

after paying the registration fees and your payment had been acknowledged, proceed to the registration portal. You will be told you can't generate the registration fee invoice again. So you will fill your username and password. It will lead you to where you will fill your health information. Click on next and fill the page also aso and submit. When you are done, click on 'return to main menu', there you will see the options like register for courses, apply for accomodation and co. Click on accomodation application. Don't print it. Just log out.

If u wanna stay in d school hostel,its advisable you pay ur tuition fee on time,so you can be allocated to one of the halls,as accommodation is first come,first serve...I hope this helps!

I dont know if to wait or pay

you can go ahead to pay, once the invoice you generate carries your name, other data as well as a breakdown of all the fees
remember, accomodation is first come first serve
