I ordered for some goods online yesterday on aliexpress using my GTB Mastercard. The money was deducted accordingly.

This morning again, I woke up to get another alert of the same amount being deducted again...

Now, checking my balance, I discovered I've been charged twice for a particular transaction.

many people launched same complain in some forum. I'm not a fans of GTB, please help him out

please go and enroll your card, mail customer care they should help you generate temporary code for your card enrolment. They gonna explain in details for the processing

I spoke with the Delivery Team almost an hour ago. You went ahead to strike an agreement outside the 'Courier Agreement' with the Ifex manager (Akure branch):
1. You asked that he sends your tablet immediately it came in, that you couldn't wait for the dispatch driver/rider to do so during his rounds.

2. He informed you that it can be possible but you will pay for the transportation - no more, no less. You agreed!

3. Akure to Owo by bus is N500 (a round trip is a 1,000 naira); Akure park to your house is N250 by motorcycle (a round trip is 500 naira). Hence,

You knew about this. You agreed to this agreement which is outside the 'Courier Agreement' you had with Ifex via Specuit Cargo. Why the complain about him billing you an extra N1,500 when you freely agreed to do so as a result of you not wanting to wait for the dispatch driver/rider? He said I must wait till they sent him money from lagos, for him to dispatched the item to me which he didn't even sure the day. after my pressure time you people wasted already, and u still want me to wait again? waiting for another 7days or more?do u remember When u told me the item arrived akure on SaturdAy and ifex manager received the item on Monday night thru sunshine commercial motor, lol so funny to me... he proMised me to sent the item on Tuesday mrg, in the afternoon I got a call from him saying his motor bike was not in good conditions that I must compensate I agreed right. Before I collected the tab by 5:18 PM said he spent money on my item paid sunshine driver #200, rented his frnd motor bike #1500, bought fuel #500 and risked his life to brought my item lol, ifex mAnager complained... Well, I'm more than any f**kin amount of money just to expressed bad time, hard time and wasteD time I got from ur services being the 1st time here.... All the best

If these locales are different - and Akure is farther than Owo - then, it's because you changed the locale that he billed you more. If not so, then you'll get a refund because the Delivery Team took up the issue with Ifex already.

About the 'shaking,' there's nothing wrong with your tablet. All products are carefully packaged and handled. We've handled more fragile products like glasses and screens and they came intact (Cube2012's, DjayBaba's, etc.) and there's definitely no problem with yours.

I just called ifex manager in akure to confirm my item to my surprise he said they called him in the morning they sent it through commercial motor sunshine express today, but never arrived..... He said I should come to collect when it comes, I'm far away from akure and I would not go anywhere because I paid for everything.... I'm not in good mood at all ....... I think I'm patient enough
