Jakpon: When Peter obi was the governor of Anamabra state, the level of insecurity & crime rate was frightening. Anambra was associated with infrastructure decay during his tenure. Peter obi's governemnt was also notorious for corruption, embezzlemt and financial misappropriation.
Obi as the governor of Anambra was the one that ordered Akwuzu SARS to shoot protesting members of Massob and throw their dead bodies into the Ezu River
It is very funny that this man who was an utter failure when he was the governor of a tiny state as Anambra, is the one Obi supporters now want to force down on our throat.
Kidnapping started in Anambra under his leadership. Go and verify
Amotolongbo: We were here on nairaland reading all sorts of bad comments and posts on Peter Obi’s atrocities and misrule when he was the Governor of Anambra. How the same Peter Obi suddenly become a saint pre 2023 elections still baffles me.
Bro na obidient magic you dey witness so. Kehdsnbdkdjnxbdkdk
Kastonkastroll: This thing is getting out of hand. Is like India is the new destination. And surprisingly Indians don't look like people that consume hard drugs

helinues: Gov DA is actually trying in his second term. Kudos
Ogun is so backward. Asides from abeokutuc that looks like an 80's city, nothing much about the rest of ogun, an industrialized state with poor facilities
Truths9ja: This is pure slavery here. The owner must be arrested immediately. Some said the billionaire fence is been located opposite b-lord mansion. I don't just get it. I guess the owner will stay in that mansion forever. 🧐🧐🧐🧐
Stop thinking poor! Are they not paid for their service
I'm a student and also work online. So I decided to rent a new place last week. The major reason is that I need constant power supply.
In this area they use band A light.
But the problem is that other student occupants don't always pay for meter subscription.
Hence there is constant light but most times this particular house don't always have light.
Before paying for rent I actually asked one of the tenants, the person currently occupying the room I paid for and he actually assured me that the compound has no light issues.
So, when they gave them light a few days ago I decided to go and check the house myself and discovered they don't have light while other compounds have light.
I then decided to speak with another tenant and he started narrating the issue to me. In fact, for the last 3 days they've not seen light in the compound even though the street have had constant light.
That some tenants are even using ac, electric cooker and so on.
So when they recharge it doesn't stay long and worst some don't even pay. I was there until night when I saw one of the tenants, a lady going round to raise money they can use for subscription that night.
She didn't get a kobo from the over 20 tenants there. The compound is that big.
So, even if I say I want to sub for the prepaid meter, with 20 people I don't think N20,000 will even last for the month.
I made the payment but I'm yet to move to the house because the other occupants are still in the house.
Please I'm thinking of going to collect my rent back because I can't cope with this. How do I approach this issue please.
Isolate yourself and get your own meter............
Vendor127001: Two friends were kidnapped in the city of port harcourt, and their car was found riddled with bullets, a friend to the victim claim one of the victims phone was also seen in the car while a third passenger was said to have escaped, apparently the vehicle is also a new and unregistered car.
But on a real what's with this new nairaland must say a certain number of words, we are meant to express ourselves exactly how we feel, and if I feel like just saying a word that should be enough . It's social media for crying out loud
Chilipepper: "I gave God 43 years of my life and I still dey beg for food, no car, no house. I think it's time to give satan a chance in my life. I wan check something." A Nigerian man's video at a bizarre location has caught the attention of netizens.
