I want you to clearify this ,,,many people in my area that purchase the itel latest tablet it1703 are complaining that the tab usually shutdown itself. Pls i want to get this device very soon

My friend want to get one of this tablet and he is confused so he needs your opinion. Which one do you think is preferable. i have heard about some users of itel 1703 complaining that the tablet usually switch off itself although the battery, 6000mah is quite encouraging , and also the tecno 7d its a new tablet with the latest andriod version but the battery is just 3000mah ,and with the current situation of naija and also the area he is staying.they showcase light like woman menstrual period.they only bring light when the month is going to an end.as you all know ,in this type of situation, battery comes first.
