A constitution is a written or non written agreement(AGREEMENT from the word Agree. Did we agree to the 1999 constitution? NO we did not) used as legislative charter by which a government or group derives its authority or power to act. So when what you derive your power to act is not an agreement. It become invalid and all elected position under it is invalid. We technically do not have a government and the biafra govt in exile have constitutional power to lead. since it is NOT an agreement. but an act of Justice Tobi Nike. Nigeria constitution is invalid, Nigeria is Invalid, biafra govt in exile case You can not hold position when we have an invalid constitution. Why it is invalid? because it state \\\\\\\" we the people of the federal Republic of Nigeria\\\\\\\" and the people of the federal republic of NIGERIA NEVER held any meeting to write the constitution. we are a country with an invalid constitution. military don kill una. Justice Niki Tobi wrote the constitution of NIGERIA and not we the people of federal republic of Nigeria. so the 1999 consitution is invalid. It means any position anyone is holding under an invalid constitution is invalid. And at the moment Nigeria has no constitution. Either the president, governor or senator is invalid. since the constitution is invalid. How can someone hold a position under an invalid constitution?. All position are vacate at the moment until there is a valid consitution. The unedcated military have put in problem. The true is a country is only valid if they have a valid constitution and nigeria does not a valid constitution. Which make the nation of nigeria invalid.
