I have really tried to make people here as happy as ever, but some times what I get from few is frustrating. Some one will just have a mind set to ruin a thread created for long. It pains me alot seeing this irrelevant complaint, if it was a tv with issue I would had obliged for it to be sent back and fix. @Alkanoise, pls I will advise that you stop this unnecessary talk here so as not to derail my thread. I have pretty done well on my part but I don't think a single base would bring this conflict here. You can take your time to compare each and also appreciate what you have as that is what came with it. Thanks

Thanks for the word of encouragement. But some peers here failed to understand that tokunbo is not brand new, some one will expect a tv to come with the exact base of what he saw online even seeing images of it and on arrival will reject it with full force. The case of the first complainer is what I tend to resolve as that has been made me focus on the problem. The second actually saw what full Images and video of the base and tv in multiple formats and didn't reject but as soon as he saw the base he wants to return the entire tv because of the base that came with it. The worst is that they do call me a liar when they see images and even video to certify that it's the actual base. It is very painful and disturbing. I have been enduring this for a very long time, I will just have to say my mind before they kill me before my time

I'm off this thread. If 110k plus logistics/remote control averaging 20k, giving a total of 130k will give me a UK used Tv with Customer care with K-leg. I better buy a 40" for 130-150k with a walk in store/customer care

Let me clear you on something, if I care about the money then there was no need for me to request for the Tv to be sent back, repaired and sent again. I have to repair twice before I told him that I will replace it with either a 40" or 32". Availability of parts varies on TVs, and not all tvs. The exact one the buyer got has available parts but developed the same problem that was why i told him that I will have to change it with another model. Pls don't get me wrong. Always try to hear from both sides before you conclude. You can work to a credible shop where you can purchase new, do so and wait for months to fix a 2015/2016 model tv when it has developed fault. Also I don't have any associate and I do my writing in my own.
