We all know a thing or two about losing love. We know that a failed relationship is painful, and certainly not the outcome we’d hoped for or predicted. We wonder if we will ever meet “the one" or get past the former.
Whether a relationship ended abruptly or was a long overdue separation, the pain is no less. But if you allow it to, the end of your relationship could teach you one or two life lessons. Here are five lessons to learn after losing love.

1. You’re stronger than you think
Often times, those who love the hardest usually get hurt the most. They get devastated when a relationship comes to a close, even if they were the ones who pull the plug. Losing the one you love has a way of making you feel like you’ll never be whole again. But it can also be one of the most freeing experiences of your life if you allow it to be. Instead of sleeping in self-pity, take time to get to know yourself again. Search for ways to enjoy being alone and your confidence, strength and resilience will return. If it was never present, then you’ve got some work to do, and a relationship should not have been your primary focus to begin with.

2. Don’t focus who is to be blamed
When a relationship ends, one of the first things we do is attempt to figure out what went wrong or who to blame. While it is good to reflect on the cause of the split, dwelling in the place of blame is detrimental to your growth. It breeds resentment and keeps you in the habitat of stagnation. The best lesson one can learn is that of acceptance. Also take fault in the break up, and accept that your former mate might not. How they choose to deal with the relationship ending is none of your business but focusing more on improvements and perhaps forgiveness for next time will lighten your load of pain and hate.

3. Loving Again is Ultimately a Choice YOU have to make
After a major split, it becomes your choice to decide if love will be in your life. Nobody can prevent you from having and making that choice no matter what they’ve done. If you choose to build a wall and be heartless, that’s on you. Simply realize that you can be held captive by what others have done to you. The pain of heartbreak should linger only for a short while but the length of time you let it stay within you is totally a personal choice.

bragging to his friends. Once he blabs to

one person, it can quickly become public

knowledge. Secrets don't stay secret for

long.

3. YOU'RE AMAZING

His constant compliments could be less

than genuine. If he feels like he has to

butter you up before you'll kiss him, he'll

say whatever he has to say. He'll tell you

you're beautiful. He might even tell you

that he loves you. If you're anywhere near

a bed, don't trust everything that comes

out of a man's mouth.

4. I NEVER DO THIS

If he's trying to hookup with you on a first

date or during a party, he might come

across as sketchy. He doesn't want you to

think you're 'just another girl' to him, so

he'll tell you that he never has random

hookups. Of course, he'll tell the next girl

the same thing. It's a way to make you feel

special so that he can have his way.

5. I HAVE A HIGH PAYING JOB

Some women are more attracted to men

with higher incomes. If a guy thinks that a

fat wallet will impress you, he'll lie about

his job. He'll tell you that he makes six

figures, or that he recently got promoted.

He'll say whatever he can to make himself

look good. He doesn't realize that you care

more about his personality than his

paycheck.

6. I CAN'T WAIT TO BE A FATHER

If a man's really desperate, he'll lie about

something as important as children. I

mean, what do women love more than

babies? In a ridiculous attempt at

impressing you, he'll make you believe that

he wants to get married and have kids.

That way, you'll think of him as a potential

mate, and won't mind jumping into bed

with him. This is one of the most deceitful

ways for a man to get a woman to fall for

him.

7. I JUST WANT TO CUDDLE

Who could say no to a cuddling session?

It's always nice to feel a man's body

pressed against your own. However,

cuddling can easily lead to sex. If he wants

to get into bed, you have to be wary. It's

possible that he's a romantic, but he could

be using cuddling as an excuse to get close

A shameless couple left passengers horrified after they were caught having sex on a public bus .

The brazen man and woman were filmed by another passenger sitting opposite them in full view of the x-rated display. The woman is seen sitting on the man's lap, looking away from him, with her skirt pulled up and her pants down.

She is seen gyrating on the man while both are clearly aware they are being filmed, occasionally turning to smile at the camera.


The passenger filming the action even has a conversation with the pair while they are at it.

At one point, another passenger walks past the couple to get off the bus but does not appear to notice what is happening.

But the couple do not appear to be shy of the attention they are getting from other passengers.

Their only concession to modesty was when the man grabbed a jacket and placed it around the woman’s thighs to hide her bum.
It is not clear exactly where the clip was recorded but the story was reported in Argentina and Peru, and Latin American voices can be heard in the background.

The clip is proving predictably popular online after being shared on social media and video-sharing websites.
