If you run a partnership business but don't get it registered, you're placing yourself and your company in jeopardy.

Consider this:

What will you do if your partner intends to steal from your joint account?

What happens if your company partner tries to claim full ownership while you remain on the sidelines?

What evidence would you have that you were business partners?
