Jeez! Mine has been showing 'received by the delivery company' since 22nd January. But on 14th February, I saw a new 'received by the delivery company' that is upward now with a picture of a package. Is there any likelihood that my one month waiting period would be starring from 22nd January and as such I could expect it in a week or two from now? Or is this waiting period starting from the Feb 14th which was when I first saw the new bar with the 'received by the delivery company' message? I'm just tired.

I've been bombing the customer service department with complaints. I suggested they dump 4px, speedpost and use speedap for Hong Kong shippers. I've sent more than 30 mails to them within 3 days. There has to be a way cos they can't tell me Speedaf does not have a branch in Hong Kong.

We should all do same and lodge our displeasures.

the best way to avoid speedaf-nipost is to use speedaf address pick up station near you as your address for unregistered items.

Speedaf have an office in Kaduna but keep using NiPOST. This is annoying, FFS.

Issues like this is why people-shoot-people.

All my packages sent by speedaf through NIPOST for year 2021 didn't get to me.

A package was shipped on the 14th, this month.. When I tried to check the tracking status, it said 'tracking unavailable, will be updated within 24hrs'. Till now, it hasn't been updated.
Another package was shipped after that, and it has been updated...

I ordered an Umidigi A11 pro max worth $163.59 on aliexpress last year november but what I got was a total different package from what I ordered for. I raised a dispute on aliexpress for a refund and to return the different package I got but Aliexpress told me the correct package was delivered to me that I cannot get a refund.

Edited: Okay, I just opened it again and found out that all the NG...R numbers on the app (about three of them) have not updated at all while the only EX...SG number has updated.

The speedaf numbers have been added for over one week while I just added the EX...SG about 2 days ago.
