Politics / Re: Electricity Tariff Will Come Down Same Way SIM Cards, Phones Did - Adelabu by ufotunang: 1:43am On May 25
grandstar:
That only be achieved if inflation is low.

The electricity industry is very much different from the phone industry.
...the phone and sim card industry is a private bussinesses with competition while in which the competition among the phone companies will bring down the price....while the electricity sector is run by government and no competition .. monopoly
Politics / Re: Electricity Tariff Will Come Down Same Way SIM Cards, Phones Did - Adelabu by ufotunang: 1:38am On May 25
Concerning phone and sim card that is a private bussinesses and they was competition among the companies that produce this phone and sim card which brings down the price,...but power sector in Nigeria..... there is no competition...it's monopoly.. monopolistic market ..run by government and price of electricity tariif can never come down

Business / Re: CBN Governor Cardoso Blames Naira’s Fall On β€˜Demand Season’ by ufotunang: 10:09pm On May 23
He is saying the truth...the demand for dollars to travel to abroad to school in foreign universities, to travel for medical treatment abroad, hospital abroad, demand for dollars to buy foreign cars, SUV cars, foreign products ,goods, demand for dollars to import fuel disel kerosene we nigerians like foreign things too much so the demand for dollars to get this foreign things will be high and it will depreciate the naira and make it to lose value against the dollars.. nigeria is a consuming economy.. Nigeria has to be a producing economy..more exportation and less Importation.. and nigerians should value, buy, patronize what they have in their own country and then the Naira will appreciate and have value against the dollars... simple

Education / Re: Nigerian Students In Teesside University Ordered To Leave UK by ufotunang: 4:41am On May 23
Develop your own country and the economy and make it better and good ..and all this japa and traveling to abroad for greener pastures will reduce and stop and not happen again,...we have to value patronize what we have in our own country and make it better and good..in which all these embarrassment nigerians receive in abroad, and UK will stop......the problem is that we nigerians we like foreign things too much and abandon your own things we have in the country and worsen it....
