you can buy photoshop and corel draw at computer village or you can get it from me (for a fee of 1500), and you can easily learn photoshop online, just type in photoshop tutorial in google and you will get it

designing cartoon and animation is not a one man show, you need different people with different talents, though you can produce short films on your own but it will take time and patience. anyway you can try NIIT or alternatively learn it on your own, am also learning animation since I am comfortable now in photoshop. Let me know if you need any information

my man. to find someone to teach you animation will be difficult and not to mention very expensive 120k and above, I will suggest that you learn it on your own, seek out the software and the tutorials and learn, then find out those that are good and watch them work and learn in the process

INCREASE THE SATURATION IF YOU WANT TO THEN PRESS OK.

REPEAT THE SAME STEPS FOR THE OTHER EYE

AND VOILA! THIS IS THE RESULT!
