so far it wuld be clear enough for the administrator to view no ish, some of my frnds last year snapped theirs wt phone camera 8mp dn reduced it storage size, n dey were cleared , d main thing is for ur upload to b neat n bold I.e viewable by d admin

It is always advisable to wait after a day or Two b4 doing anyfin xpecially online stuffs coz dey just opened d portal and might still be working/making some changes on it. So wait till 2maow when it is fully active
