The complainant, Afe Babalola, an attorney, ought to know better. If you feel you are defamed by spoken word (slander) or publication (libel), your only recourse is to sue the slanderer. But to use the terrorist arm of the government to intimidate citizens is despicable, and that's what Nigeria is known for. It's their only stock in trade, and Nigerians keep wondering why they rank so low in the comity of nations. The world sees how you act like animal and still wants to be respected.
