hakunajay: pls do you root android phones or someone who does?

walcolm: mr uncle samtech,

i think the reason why some people have an issue with your post is summed up in this excerpt

Police case information:
Case Number = e.g. CAS 90520030
Police Case Timestamp = current date/time
Police Station = e.g. SHAMBLOCK POLICE ST

An ITC number is needed to open a police case and a police case number will be needed for insurance purposes.
Only you can blacklist your cellphone. If a third party attempts to blacklist a cellphone, the SIM card will be locked and the unit will only be blacklisted once available.

the stress of getting a police report, how many people insure their phones etc...looks to me like you copied and pasted something for wikipedia that was written based on how things work in more developed countries

most people are aware of what they need to do to block their phones when its lost but the nigerian system makes it a venture in futility so what people just do is block their sim and move on
