Unless you have POF ready to go, don't bother.

Just look for schools with March entries.

- Bsc Criminology and Security Studies

- Criminal Investigations, Digital Forensic and Strategic Intelligence.
I currently own a security consulting firm.
Looking to pursue a masters degree for September 2022 intake.
I love to add cyber security knowledge to my profile ( which will benefit by firm in the long run)
My Question :
Can I switch to cyber security without technical background or
experience or computer science degree?
What are my chances? What schools can I get into for cyber security program?
NB: I have applied to 4 schools for security studies, intelligence related programs. Just trying to see if I can switch without stress.

Cyber security requires IT knowledge. Most importantly IT Networking and them some others. look at the requirements of the course before you apply, they would naturally state that you need a bsc in computing, computer science or computer related courses.. I would not say its impossible as sometimes some universities are flexible. Application is free, you only pay with the time you use in applying so give it a shot. last last , na rejection you go receive which won't kill anybody

I applied to a school through an agent, I got the admission, paid the initial tuition deposit of 3000 pounds, and got my CAS.
Immediately I got the CAS, I consolidated all my funds and started the POF (I guess I should started the POF gathering earlier), my POF should mature by 20th of Dec.

I spoke to the agent that I will be applying for VISA with my spouse, agent told me, he will process my VISA application for free, I will just pay for the health insurance and Visa for myself and my spouse, however, he will charge my spouse 100k as his service fee for the VISA application. Abeg!!! I don't have 100k to give the agent. (Naija get as e be...lol)

Can I do the VISA registration/application myself? (I am scared of pressing "spoil" while doing the application, make i no go hear stories that touch or cry premium tears)

I have all the necessary documentation (TB Certificate for both myself and my spouse, the CAS number and other necessary docs).

Should/Can I do it myself?

If its an agent you trust to do a good job, just hustle up.. They usually have more experience and have filled several applications

Spend the 10days you would naturally use to quarantine in the UK, spend it in a non redlist country. that's the whole idea.

What people should be looking at is How much it will cost them including flights to that country and to the UK and compare it to just paying the 2k kpai to the UK jejely
