The Nigerian gov should legalize and lease out guns to certain regions of Nigeria to family heads for a period of 2 to 5 years they should allow legal purchase of Light guns in some communities with proper registering duration of use the this is how the Europeans and Americans where in the past 250 years back the only problem was that they failed to abolish gun use when the police became efficient
