Just the body parts o, the engine, suspensions and other interior accessories are cheaper than most rivals. It's expected though for anyone buying cars at this range, comprehensive insurance is a must. If anything happens, they foot the bills cool

March 2022. Returning to Lagos from Asaba.

I was busy serving dust to other road users. Hiace oh, Sienna oh, ML350 4matic oh, I humbled them.

Until a 2008 or 2009 Lexus 460 came from no where and served me better dust. Fortunately, there was a police check point ahead so i eventually caught up with him at the check point.

I eye the driver, he eye me.... i smile, the werey sef smile. Wa'sere!! You wan race your papa abi?

The Lexus got out of the check point before me and took off. As soon as i got out of the check point, I switched to sport mode.

Took me about 4 minutes to spot the Lexus guy ahead. Immediately i saw him, i flashed my headlights 2ce, then floored the pedal.

Caught up with him quite easily.... Just before I overtook him, nicca wound down his glass, gave a thumbs up and took off.

I no even bother again. I just switched back to comfort mode and enjoyed the rest of my trip.

How can I be on 200km/h and someone will make it look like i'm not even moving

Since that day, i vowed never to race any V8 saloon.

Oh, BTW, I was driving a '14 BMW 5 series.

Ok, I've heard. The guys who lost their lives at the ojuelegba bridge unfortunate event some weeks ago, they weren't overspeeding inside their korope.

Even the person overspeeding, na another slow driver they go use do wedge when e wan happen, my point is, this thread is not for the holier than thou driver preaching.

Just state your experiences regarding the topic and move on, which car dust you for highway wey you never forget grin

Some people be acting like they have the key to life and know exactly how to drive in order to avoid death. I repeat, you could be there driving like a snail in your lane and it will come meet you right there too.

If you no sabi drive or dey fear, just sit and watch those who are better and hone your skills, stop all these nonsense emotional blackmail when a better driver and machine bests you 👍🏾

Lets all take things easy. Running after a V8 bus with a 4cylinder or V6 is somehow. You can't meet up with a bus doing 160kmh at maybe 2500rpm. Speed thrills but kills at the same time.

Which bus is a V8 pls? Those commercial buses ain't V8, even if there's a Toyota hiace V8 bus, it won't be used on transport services here.

That said, if you get beat by those buses while you're driving a sedan (4cyl or V6) then you should hang a big and bold "L" on the front and back of your car. You can make a smaller one and use it as necklace too 👍🏾

There's no evidence slow driving cars don't get involved in accidents too, there's too many factors involved. Driving slow is never the same as driving carefully, there's a great distinction
