As big as the Landmass of the State, this is one of it's numerous problems. No critical infrastructures, no good roads. This is one of the reasons I vowed never to have a hoise in Ogun State despite being close to Lagos. I know a friend who works in Lagos and Built his house in Ogun, when he finally moved in, he didn't spent 6 Months before relocating back to Lagos because of bad roads and decayed infrastructure. He don rent out the apartment. Very useless State.

See, the Agent contribute less to the Housing issue we are facing and their own excesses can easily be controlled but the Government failed to address the issue properly.

The main reason for the rising cost in Housing are mostly caused by: high cost for acquiring the Land, high cost of building material, high amount of money paid to Govt building agencies to get approvals and high amount of money collected by Omoniles at every stage of construction.

Money that will be diverted and embezzled.

Truth be told 90% of us but smtimes we r helpless. We don't like what we r doing but d system already in place makes it impossible to be clean otherwise u will die miaerably or suffer poverty. When u r paid peanuts u will have to cut corners to survive. When u have a horrible educational system u will have to cheat to survive. When our polith. ieftians don't care if u die u will have to create a way to live and survive. It takes d president and senate to say enuff is enuff. Let's work on our corrupt system from top to bottom and from thence any fo. ol that messes up rexeives it hot. Thought Buhari wud have done this. He started well with the recoveries. All these problems came from the Government.

Citizens are God's creature, they see how Politicians are making Laws only to favour them and their families, they make life so difficult for Citizens, they make standard of living to be very high so the extent citizens can no longer afford the basic things of life with little amount of money.

Because of all this, citizens will also look for all means to survive the hardship in the Country.

What's the way forward in this Country?

At the end of the day, the Culprit will be walking freely in the Cities of Nigeria, he will also use the money to contest for a Political post in the future.

We really need a massive hauling on the Leadership of this Country.
