There is a documentary I watch of recent, the architect was suggesting the idea of clay house but in a very developed standard . at first, I was like can this man be crazy , then after some few minute, I begin to understand the logic . very interesting. This road rankings are based in a couple if things...This road Rankers never visited this countries, neither where they there when the contractors where building the road to check the bitumen quantity, to check if it is asphalt or concrete...

They are most based on

1- Tourist observation/perception
2- Number of road user perceived to obey traffic rules
3- Number One of accident recorded on this roads....

We all know Nigeria would always perform bad in the above list..we are blessed with alot of crazy drivers that pays no attention to traffic signals....traffic light in Nigeria is just there for fancy..

Quality of road even vary in cities how much more an entire country..so which road in particular did they use in achieving this ranking(was it cherry picked)..This are critical questions sane minds should be asking...

You can imagine a 2019 rankings placed Namibia roads better than UK roads and placed Rwanda road ahead if SA...like wtf..and this is what someone will call fact....

Rwanda can never ever compare her road with those in morroco..that is a joke.

Based on physical observation you need no one to tell you that Namibia and SA has better road quality than nigeria .like it is so vivid but Kenya hell no , that nonsense in their CBD made me consider them as a bigger joke..

Namibia is just an average country. Ghana perform better than her on some index ..

first, we have diffrent goals in life. Ghana is keenly interested in uplifting the poor and making her wealthy society equal as possible , some derived joy in structures and buildings.

Accra or Ghana population hasn't get out of hand to demand such steps, even if it get, The country capital can easily be relocated. we are nation of 30 million people,skyscraper is not a priority here. but why should africa build a skyscraper when Many of her cities could not ensure 24X7 electric supply, that is very much needed for lifts and elevators. Though Accra has done very well in this area , yet it dosnt consider it a factor.

we are keeping a city that is prone to natural earthquake, this has no technological solution, we could have leverage on it. just this year alone , some part of Accra were subjected to this land slide. in fact , Accra also don't build beside the sea . it is just an offence to humanity to disturb nature. but we have gotten how we can solve it thru technological solution, so we are building the marine drive.

Anyway Accra has a skyscraper, if 27, 18 , 17 floors will pass as one .... villaggio Vista is currently the highest and that is 27 floors . and currently Accra twin towers B And A which are expected to host 40 floors each will soon join the list...

They are more to city than pictures and video.. many Africans still lives in slums , poverty still persist, some are still hungry in this days of abundance food . drought is not an excuse in 21st century, technology is more powerful than miracle..
