First Degree Quantity surveying/Mechanical Eng/ Civil Eng/Architecture. 4-6 years sound Project Management experience.

The project manager is responsible for Creating and executing project work plans. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team, Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Experience from Multinational Companies is an added advantage.

First Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Engineering or in any related field. 6 - 8 years sound Project Management experience must have at least 4 years on-site experience and experience in reviewing architectural and interior design and overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget.

The site manager is responsible for spearheading the management of a program of multi-faceted projects country wide with a primary focus on Lagos. His primary goal will be on achieving quality, deadlines and budgets.Construction supervision through pre-construction to handover. Lead and motivate subcontractors and the supply chain to deliver the project within programme and quality parameters.Supervise construction team such as -mechanical and electrical engineering team to ensure that project timeline is met. Experience from Multinational Companies is an added advantage.
