Hi, I was wondering, what do people think about veganism in general and do you think it's something that could catch on in Nigeria? I've recently started eating mainly plant based food for health reasons and following this blog with vegan versions of nigerian recipes (vegan nigerian ). I haven't seen any vegan restaurants in Nigeria though let alone vegetarian ones..
