How was the experience at Total? What kind of things did you learn there?

Hi, sorry it took a while to get back to you.

The experience was a good and memorable one. I learnt a couple of things. IT troubleshooting/IT Support, and Desktop Maintenance.
Luckily, they were also having a major project then, which was migrating to Fiber Optic network cables for their expatriates housing, and also migrating from an operating system to another at work. So the project lasted while I was there, and I was part of the team. This helped me to have something concrete to defend during my SIWES defense. Also the fact that I also worked at their Corporate Social Responsibility department, helped in terms of Administrative experience.
