Hope this story strenghten your courage.

Three very close friends where seeking admission into higher institution. In their quest for this, they both sat for the same exam and passed but during the admission processing just like the one we all are facing here, two of the three friends gained admission leaving only the last guy. In view of that the guy cried his bowels out and was wondering what went wrong. Though consoled by various persons that God has a purpose for everything, yet he still believed their was no God factor in it. Eventually he accepted his fate and continued with life. Not up to about some months when those friend of his gained admission, their hostel caught fire and the two friends of his died(sad). It was then that the boy knew that God had a divine agenda for him. Not that God didn‘t have agenda for the two boys that died but may be they where just unfortunate.

LESSON LEARNT FROM THIS STORY: Never for once think your prayers are not getting answers from God because and unanswered prayer to your admission might be a answer to your life or future. LESSON 2: In everything give thanks. Remember some people where giving admission by uniosun but they are dead now or probably died on the very day the list was released( imagine somebody that has been seeking admission all this while) but u are still alive and the God that did those that were admitted can still do ours. LESSON 3: everybody knows this. NO CONDITION IS PERMAMENT but do your best always and leave the rest for God.

Health care in general and IT will do for me. But achieving this goal is how i don‘t know the step to take first.

To be sincere with my advisers, i have been wondering in this commercial line ever since i ventured into it. Not that i aren‘t good but i just feel deep inside me that i‘m in the wrong place even before the divine direction or any other thing

Ranking: IT, NURSING and the ACCOUNTING or any other related stuff. All in all i always have the feeling that i should have been a science student.

Actually have got a serious prospect waiting for me both home & abroad if the world doesn‘t end before then. I for one belive in the God factor. If it is divine, i belive everything is going to work has i plan it and i might not spend as much as the years i spent seeking admission to be an accountant or pursuing any other career in the commercial line. But i have this soft spot for computers and human related stuff even before this my divine direction came coupled with my uncle‘s clarity of what i have been seeing because i prayed along that line of career before those revelation started coming. Please pardon the way i indulge the religious aspect of it, is just that i see it has what is pushing me to put my head in this.

However, in response to your salient questions. Presently now i‘m in the IT world. A computer engineer and also an potential graphics designer(training) after which i‘m planning to go for webdesign & subsequently some deep courses such as autocad and the likes but my background has a commercial student is impeding my desire for more in the IT wolrd because i realy love computers apart from this nursing angle.

Furthermore, as regards the private university. I don‘t have any desire to be a product of any private university but in this i might consider the option if the dream will be realisable there as quick as possible

The age is always coming around but i think that will take care of itself only if i don‘t blink along the way because i‘m determined to get this thing done at all cost.

The uncle in question will be ready to help in any area i call him to.

The financial aspect is not the problem, my parent can afford it but convincing them is the major problem and telling somebody you have a divine direction which can‘t be seen as something realistic(to them though) and again coming from somebody that is yet to gain admission to a university. To be realistic with myself i belive i will go places being a science student that commercial just that i waited too late to realise this.

I got above 200 in jamb and my 5 credits are complete in my subjects(commercial). Don‘t forget to talk some senses into my brain when needed. The most important thing to me is how to get along with this. More opinions needed please.

Thanks for the replies. Actually, i'm a commercial student & my combination in the last jamb was maths, english, economics & government. I guess i will needing physics and chemistry in short science based subjects because it will required for admission processing subsequently.

As regards the age, i'm also weighing that option with this nigeria admission palava but i believe if their is a will definitely a way will exhume. I might be wrong though. Has for the God factor i included it's just to boitress my point because divining position matters in one choosing career. But it seems i have waited too long before i discovered mine now. My brain is sweating internally right about now. More opinions please. Once again i don't mind any bitter & realistic truth.

I am yet to gain admission but the process is on to gain admission into a school in nigeria. Mean while, i'm a non science student & now i have been given direction from God after about 4 years of seeking admission in school. Just to confirm the divine direction, an uncle from abroad who has not called me for a long time, called 2 days ago that i should not continue to nurse my ambition on been accountant or any non science related course that it won't be beneficial to me in future and he suggested that i should read NURSING that my moving abroad later in future will be my greatest gain i can ever imagine
Now i'm are stucked in between the deep blue sea. 1. If i'm to pursue this career, i will have to go back to become a science student 2. The major thing the science student i have seek their opinion is that physics and chemistry will be my headache. 3. I'm 23 now still seeking admission into university. That means if i should venture into been a science student that means i will have to battle with my family members as regards this decision.

Please somebody help me a right. I realy don't know how to go about this. All suggestions are allowed including abuses if i deserve one but constructive please.

For those that there admission has clicked. U are going there not to joke but to be serious. Remember the time u where at home without admission and now that u have gotten the admission don‘t neglect the giver of the admission which God.

To mess up with God he might withdraw your admission by allowing evil to befall u. Don‘t despise God u need him most now.

“No admission offered yet“ don‘t ever for once think u are not precious to God. If there is time to move close to God, this is the time. Who knows maybe God is waiting for u to give ur life to him and he will perfect everything concerning you cos danger might be lying ahead of you if u gain admission without christ in you. Just try and give ur life to christ and pray secretly in the night that (God i have done my bit, do ur own now) and u will c what will happen

I have actually seen second choice admitted. The guy scored 40+ to be precise and he was given economics.


Wonder the kind of graduate this school will be producing to the Nigeria labour market. What a school!

If ur status has not been changed keep on hoping. But think on this.

What if u enrol for a pre-degree in a federal school and finally gain admission next year with your seriousness, hard work and prayers. Don‘t see trying another option has backwardness but a good shot at a greater opportunity cos the one hundred thousand plus u will spend in uniosun in a year will give u 2 to 3 years of tuition fee payment in a federal school.

Don‘t think u are getting too old. If Jesus christ doesn‘t come u will definitely gain admission someday cos the gate of a university is wide open.

If u scored below 50 don‘t panic just look for somebody that will assist you. I have seen somebody with 40+ gain admission and economics for that matter. So don‘t loose hope.

This is not the time for war o. Everybody should cool down. If your inner being is laying it in your heart to obtain the supplementary form go ahead if not drink the water of prayer on the one u have done already. Their is nothing God cannot do. Just a visitation of God in ones life can grant even a cancelled result admission

So the school had no v.c all these while, no wonder everything is in total disarray.

Yes the pre-degree form is still out. U can get in isaleeyin in abeokuta zenith bank branch

Description: when u get to itoshin i.e the final bus-stop. Take a taxi going to isaleeyin and tell him zenith bank. U will get the form their and fill immediately.

Take ur o‘level result along. Photocopy to be precise u will be making 3 copies of it. Dnt also forget 3 passport which u will attach to the forms. Wish u best of luck

Yes. Cancelled result check it from time to time o. Released result check yours too cos i don‘t trust this school. They might give aina to ojo and ojo to aina.

Everything about the school is arrangeee jo. The school does not have one integrity i can pick point. Everything is scattered just like the campuses are scattered. Let them release their doctored admission list. @all aspirant just pray hard and expect a messy admission list that will carry all sorts of runs in it(30‘40 gaining admission over 50‘60). Dont be disturbed when your name is not their move on with life. All is well. Peace

U had better go to their website and check. Pray until something happens is the only way out now. The school as admitted 3008 jambites & 200 plus direct entry. This is pure rip off and carnage of the highest order.

Don‘t loose hope even if ur name does not appear in the list. Summon courage and immediately look for a better alternative. If u have not acquired any skill before get one doing & if applying for a pre-degree is ur own choice try and work hard towards it. Surf the web & look for various opportunities as regards schools selling forms.

Dont sit down lamenting but think fast but God is still working in ways we cannot see. And as the lord liveth as the spirit is alive our testimony as regards admission shall appear in Jesus name
