We are starting Fencing by the end of this month. Presently we are busy with the road construction to make it motorable and for people to have easy access to the property. The estate is on a prime area after Lonex Gardens. Infrastructures are yet to be provided so it is just bare land selling for now. It has a layout and work on the estate commences after the rainy season. Work is already in progress on the road leading to the estate. The estate has a Gazette that will be out latter this year.
