I am not an agent
I am a lawyer and I have practiced law for at least 21 years.
I am a landlord in Lagos and Ogun State.
I have about 23 tenants in my residential and commercial apartments.
I also own and developed a gated estate.
Agents have stolen and diverted my money before.
What I posted above is just for educational purposes and what I have experienced in my over 21 years of practice as a lawyer and dealing on properties.

I understand your anger and I expect the insult I got as a result on my post especially from people who do not understand how the business works.

I have worked with several agents and even though the story is not complete, I only brought out the possibilities for educational purposes.
