Unfortunate series of events,but what I find troubling and suspicio in his narrative of events is this:if your wife was not contracting after rupture of the membranes,what the hospital did was what any other standard facility would do,they started with cytotec,at the lowest dose recommended,repeated when there was still no noticeable contraction,then scaled up to oxytocin.
The one issue I found with the Hospital management is that they would have exhausted the full 4 dose regimen of cytorec before starting with oxytocin.
The problem with dealing with men like this that feel they know it all from what they read is that you must play everything by the book,if not they would use one issue as being the cause of a mishap.
All these things he mentioned, paediatrician being present,physician,using infusion pump,pantograph,CTG monitor,etc,even in advanced countries they are not as it's made out to be where all these personnel and instruments would be available.
I bet if he had been told from the onset that his wife needed to be sectioned,he would have blatantly refused and told them to exhaust every other means.
But here he is finding fault with every step taken.
It's sad he has lost both wife and child,but finding fault with every step is just ridiculous.
His wife came by 11am with no issues,was he expecting the consultant to be on ground monitoring an expected uneventful labour?
Let the hospital say it's own side of the story.
Mishaps happen all over the world and there is no where every case is done by the book.
It's sad and may God granted him the fortitude to bear the loss.

The Anambra State Government, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has offered a new appointment to Amb. Bianca Ojukwu, the wife of the late Biafran Warlord, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.

The new appointment to Amb. Ojukwu as a member of the Governing Council for the
Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Igbariam, was announced on Tuesday, June 4, in a statement signed by the Press Secretary to the Governor.








Those of u hailing him I greet oooo.
Don't complain when he 'soon' will appoint his daughter.
According to him, the new Governing Council would be headed by former Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu, as the Pro-Chancellor/Chairman.

Other members of the Council, according to him, also include Mrs Ifeoma Ekwueme, Chief Christopher Ndubuisi, and H.R.H, Igwe Oranu Chris Chidume of Omor.

“The new Council, assembled with a focus on excellence, integrity and strategic leadership, will provide guidance and oversight for the continued growth and development of the state-owned university,” the Press Secretary added.

Recall that Governor Soludo, in April 2022, also appointed Amb. Ojukwu as the Secretary of the Truth, Justice and Peace Committee, also headed by Prof. Odinkalu.

We have a long way to go.... Since independence, only men have been in power both as governors and presidents... Yet, unfortunately the country isn't going anywhere...
Let's try woman as President or Senate president or at least, State governor!!!!
