In an effort to address persistent complaints about toxicity on the forum, we extended the mandate of the anti-spam bot to try and tackle insults, tribalism, obvious scams, etc.

While this move dealt a heavy blow to bad actors, the bot also made many mistakes which led to innocent people getting banned from time to time for no good reason. I understand how you feel about this. It is simply not acceptable.

We have reduced the length of the bot bans from up to 3 days to no more than 30 minutes. We are also working to massively improve the accuracy of the bot. Meanwhile, if you are mistakenly blocked, please don' take it personally. We will fix it as soon as we can.

my friend the right question to ask is ' did he meet the requirements to be made a San ?, if yes, then he needs not prove anything to anyone after all he didn't make himself a San, if anyone has a problem with him being a SAN, they should take it up with the body that is responsible for making him one. Lets be objective here
