How did I go tribal?

I wished for a certain type of sane society for the Igbo nation. Nigeria is a spoilt, damaged, glue - Take it or leave it.

In an ideal Igbo nation, Na for road safety and professional ekelebe, to use bikes and drones, block all of them in, send for tow trucks, document the first 3 rows, and call them back to the court for fines, and possibly 1 month jail term for 1st offense, after 1st warning and fines.
