Create a new folder , add your html file and save it as index.html , now create a new separate css code and save My site.css and save it in the same folder. That should work

I just started learning website development online, I have been trying to Embed my HTML with CSS, but it seems not to work at all. Like my browsers are not seeing it .

At first , I tried adding images but it won’t load, I have tried all including optimization, nothing seems to work, so I had to leave that.

I tried to use a downloaded background to no avail

So I started CSS, it didn’t even work at all.

You didn't Add h2 in the html code as such nothing is going to happen.
This can only be achieve when you define your h2 tag in the html code.
E.g <h2>turn this tag to purple</h2>
Hence you can now call your h2 tag from css to turn it to purple.

Summary if you don't define your tags in html , your css functions will never work

There was drama at the Kaduna State University (KASU) on Tuesday when some students of the institution beat up cadets of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) and destroyed their vehicle over girlfriend.

Dateline Nigeria reports that the four NDA cadets, who are in their second year, were in KASU for the school’s matriculation funfair, featuring live performance, face paint, dance and others shows.

“The incident happened at the convocation ground. The cadets saw a female student hanging out with her boyfriend and one of them tried to collect her phone number, but she refused.

When they insisted, her boyfriend tried to intervene and one of the cadets slapped him. The boyfriend, a KASU student, drew the attention of his fellow students who descended on the cadets with stones and sticks.

“The cadets tried to escape in their Toyota (Matrix) vehicle, but the students lock the school gates. They pelted the vehicle with broken pieces of interlock. One of the cadets who couldn’t get into the car on time was severely beaten.

They luckily escaped after the security personnel at KASU opened the gates,” a student who witnessed the incident

It was also learnt that the funfair had to be discontinued after the incident. Kannywood star Umar M Shariff, could not go on stage for his performce.

The NDA authorities could not be reached for comment.
