My brother to avoid further complications I believe your best bet will be to do a system restore back to the state whwn your system worked fine.
Just go to start up menu, type system restore in the search bar and then click on "system restore" when it's listed or you can go to control panel to access it.
Choose a point in time when your system worked best and then restore it to that point.

NOTE: Remember to temporarily disable your antivirus before proceeding with system restore or it may not restore properly.
