Willy2025: The police are being too lenient with these people trying to cause chaos in Nigeria. They should thank God that Tinubu is the President and not Wike or Fayose or some of us with anger issues. What a f@@lish comment. Where’s your anger when terrorists came fully armed to negotiate with your so called politicians? |

You agree that the messiah you are supporting is a monumental failure. To explain Nigeria under those you call economic Gurus & security Nainjas is non understable.
And you are still decieving yourself defending the failed strategist and now confused about Nigeria
To explain people that reason like you can never be understood.

mustyNEMESIS: A lot of people come here to learn. We should be mindful of the info we put out here.
It’s really hard and pretty difficult cutting off carbs 100%.
Also, too much protein will affect your kidneys … especially when you’re over 40.
Yes, I also do intermittent fasting. I only eat between 1pm and 5pm, Mondays through Fridays, and on the weekends, I eat 3 full meals with enough carbs, healthy fats, and protein to match.
My weekly meal during intermittent fasts are very low in carbs, and I make sure the low carbs are complex carbs, mixed with enough protein and veggies.
Our body and brain works well when it’s source of energy is from carbs.
Too much protein is unhealthy for the body. Infact, your body ships out the excess ones and use the one it needs… that’s putting more strain on the kidneys…. And in due time, it leads to kidney failure/CKD.
You don’t need more than 35g of protein at a seating… even the 35g is for people that exercise a lot… for people that are less active, you don’t need more than 25g or 27g per meal. I agree completely with your comment about protein. I had to enroll myself in a gym program to balance my high protein intake. |

Nnamdipapa: Keto is meat and some veggies with fruits, Strict carnivore avoid any plant based food like veggies as they may lead to inflammations and some fruits have natural sugar. Both Carnivore and Keto have the same goal, zero carbs and putting the body in a fat burning mode, the body now relies on animal fat for energy instead of carbs and sugars. You lose weight faster and become more healthier, Are you on TikTok? That’s where we meet. I’m also on the same diet and I’ve lost 10kg within 2 weeks. 😁 |

Kobojunkie: Not all of them do in Nigeria. Same psychological sheet happens to even those abroad.
I recall some family members cutting communication for many years back in Nigeria after they and we were hit by tough times. Nothing out of place there. What “psychological “ sheet will you go through abroad that supersedes people who face kidnapping, banditry, extreme hunger and poverty?🫤 We are all in the same abroad, there’s no justification to cut off close friends especially someone you supported you in your most difficult moments. Anyone who supports this must be practicing witchcraft. 🫤 |

But some situations might be tough on him. It's well sir. It doesn’t matter how tough it is. He should at the barest minimum send an “Hwfa”. There is no excuse for such callous behavior. As for strawberries, that's a story for another day. 🙄 Oyibo people and hype.
Anyways, what have you eaten that did not live up to expectations in terms of taste? Lol funny enough I’m currently eating seedless red grapes 🍇. Got it from Walmart not too long ago.

If Nigeria were overrun by invaders, its land seized by terrorists, and later the country celebrated retaking the territory initially seized, wouldn’t that be worthy of celebration?
