My first observation is that you ought to have suggested the wrapping of the goods when you know it was going to a long distance and we all know how logistics handle less fragile goods
Secondly, you sent a different kit even if it's more expensive than the bargained 1 to the buyer against you guys arrangement. You deserved to apologise for that.
"Please, I'm sorry" would have solved all these issues instead of the 5 pages explanation. This is my last reply or comment on this matter no matter what is mentioned or raised afterwards: Hello sir, I apologized several times even over not wrapping it (including via calls and chats) and you see that kit issue, I sent 2 and one was free it was a oversight mistake it being a 1.5HP the Free one, he didn’t pay for it it is free and all he should have done was notify me and I would send him another instead of him using N18k to get one, why willl I deliberately send a person in Benue a 1.5HP kit he can’t use when I have people buying 5 AC’s from me at a go that need it in Lagos? As much as I write “kits are only where stated” I still give them out, I still arrange logistics for buyers but NEVER AGAIN going forward unless for prior customers. Most of all I apologized to him over what they his own people did to his items, I have called this man so many times, the Ejike himself took the blame for what he knows his company did, I have called the Benue links, emailed them complained about what happened, who will be happy that goods they sent got delivered in that state, we had closed that chapter the first day and even he told me to rest and my intentions were good, buyers have forgotten various AC/Furniture items and I always send to them even if they forget it themselves in an Uber they booked I still insist they don’t pay, he still has a 1.5HP Kit he can use a year or 5yrs from now. How many times did I bring up using GIGL, I even downloaded their app called their offices to negotiate (he has screenshots of the app pricing) I apologized for what they did and more importantly even after he knew I swapped them he mentioned my intentions were good and then he changed course when he couldn’t wash the stains off and now stuck to them being swapped to portray it as some secret ploy to cheat him who sent money without seeing items, him who said I should decide and never saw the other 2 he talked about save for a blurry rear photo of 1.

Good morning sir and thank you, I personally didn’t want any of my buyers to get involved here is someone accusing people I don’t know of being in cahoots with me or being my alternate accounts and now someone is referring to others as fraudsters, below is I believe not your first purchase but the first time you sent a receipt to me and also your most recent one. “IF THIS IS WHAT YOU SENT YOU TRULY HAD GOOD INTENTIONS AND THE FAULT IS NOT FROM YOU”.....BEFORE REALIZING THIS DID HE THINK I WILL GO AND DROWN APPLIANCES IN RED SAND AND MARKERS BEOFRE SELLING THEM Even in his own messages after they delivered them he didn’t care that they were swapped he only brought this up days after to paint a picture of being cheated because surely he can’t still blame me for what Ejike did and that Thermocool doesn’t even come close to the Syinix you are with it. HE NEVER SAW PICTURES EXCEPT FOR THE SYINIX AND ASKED ME TO JUST MAKE SURE WHAT I SEND IS AS CLEAN AS MY ITEMS ARE WHICH I DID, THAT HIS DELIVERY COMPANY DAMAGED THEM IS NOT ON ME. Again other than the 1HP Syinix, he never got pictures of the 1.5HP Hisense or Thermocool before they were taken to GIGL, he only got the picture which was taken by the driver with a blurry camera to show they were waiting for the cost, said Thermocool is the 1.5HP you must have seen at my showroom and I’m glad that I got to offer him the 1.5HP Syinix in its stead. You and other buyers know how much I call over texting, He can testify here as to how much I called him when he paid while we waited to send via GiGL and also to his people and most of all the long calls after his own people defaced his items, he never got a even single picture of a Hisense or Thermocool and told me on the phone (he knows he did he knows this) that he is not particular about the brand and I should just ensure whatever I send is as clean as what I sell he trusted me to send him whichever units I believe are best he doesn’t care about Thermocool or Royal or any name. The Thermocool he is stressing will be posted along with the Syinix I sent in its place, he only got that blurry rear photo and as heaven gave us both life he knows I had a long near 1hr conversation a few days ago and I told you SEND THEM BACK I WILL PAY THE RETURN DELIVERY FEE yet again, he know this, when I said so the day you sent those pictures he mentioned “I paid for these things since last year and waited” explaining how sending them isn’t working for him, I apologized and I feel his pain and even if this was after the GIGL attempt, yes, I still made the decision upon removing the Syinix and Royal majority of buyers who went there wanted those ones, you have Musa, Ejike and know the Benue Links people, go and hold them to account for what they did to items you paid N300,000 for you know their offices, I have send several appliances to various places via bus haulage vans GIGL and none have ever done this. As for that 1HP kit I wish you told me, I know the good 1.5HP kit I sent for free is useless to him but I could have sent him a 1HP at no cost. I have not had time to reply you cos I was busy. But I'd like to p.....
1. You advertised a Synix 1hp AC which you claimed was about 2 months old/used. So I chatted you up and indicated interest. I needed 2 units, a 1.5hp and the Synix 1hp(that was what caught my attention in the 1st place)
2. I transferred 310,000 Naira to you on the 17/12/2023 same day indicated interest, 145k for the 1hp Syinix and 165k for a 1.5hp (you said Hisense and Haier Thermocool were available) I said I preferred the Hisense
3. Stories started, you asked for patience as the units were yet to be uninstalled. 10 days later on the 27/12/2023 I was the one who followed up on you via WhatsApp to know what was going on.
4. On the 29th of December you reached out to me that you were ready to move the items but will wrap them 1st. You said you needed to make a comparison between GiG and Benue Links and would go with the cheapest option.
5. On the same 29/12/23 you shared a video at GiG office of a wrapped 1.5hp Haier Thermocool and another AC that I couldn't tell but assumed it was the 1hp Syinix I had paid for and said they were charging 47,900 to move the items to my location which we both agreed it was on the high side
6. You said you bought kit for the 1.5hp at the cost of 17k and I transferred 50k to you the next day 30/12/2023 to cover the cost and any other cost you may incur
7. Since it was becoming increasingly difficult for you to get another cheaper means of moving the items to me( Benue Links told you they had to cancel bus 2 seats in order to move the items, and the cost was almost the same as what GiG quoted). I reached out to a logistics company in my location to get their address in Lagos and contact number, which I sent to you.
8. After a lot of following up, you finally moved the items to the logistics company on the 8/1/2024 and the I received them on the 13/1/24.
9. Items were in a sorry state with scratches and dirt as they were not protected or wrapped at all. Even 100 Naira groundnut comes in a polythene bag
10. The ACs you sent were not what I paid for and were different from the ones you took to GiG and shared a video of. I paid for a 1hp Syinix and 1.5hp Haier Thermocool but you sent a 1hp Royal and 1.5hp Syinix
11. I enquired to know the reason for the swap and you claimed you did it for my good because they were cleaner. How can a buyer pay for an item and wait for over 3weeks only for you to change it without informing him?
12. The ACs you sent to me are at least 2 years used and will sell for half the price you sold me. I still have to buy more accessories as the 1hp did not come with a wall hanger (you claimed your "boys" forgot to include it) and the kit accompanying it is useless since it is for 1.5hp and all bent
13. I wrote that I had a bad experience and others buying from outside Lagos should either send someone to physically inspect what they are paying for or be careful and you call me names for spending more than 300k on the bullshit you sold to me.

What those guys cares for is just their money, they are not after anything, that's why whenever I want to waybill anything I always make sure that both d driver and manager are fully involved to avoid stories bcs most times it's those agberos that handles d packaging of items This wicked @aoseer knows this, he knows it’s the company that did this, he knows it’s not my company, he is the one who knows them and asked but he came online to warn people to beware of doing business with me over what someone else. He will wake up one morning after the next see the dirt he couldn’t wash off and begin sending me messages about lacking integrity for what he knows someone else did, he knows this and this is unbelievable if it wasn’t happening. I am very sad that this was what they did to his items something I personally reserved for him, not my staff, the man must have worked hard for his money, I even further escalated this matter to their company via email. He has so far created this unbelievably dangerous fictional reality where he is claiming that I deceived him by loading these items into a car and sending them to his Ejike and my brain can’t even process how he thinks we went to “Swap” the items that were delivered, this man has time stamped pictures, the guy accepted their fault she knows this fully well, will the Ejike himself have collected these items in such sorry looking shape wouldn’t they have raised alarm with you their man? |

Good morning princemilla I will not be able to stress just how sacred another persons hard earned money is to me especially a customer, what hurt me about this man is the false accusation he is making, for someone spreading such lies you can’t give a brief summary without detailed chronological evidence, I mean the pictures of those units were in MY HOUSE not my showroom just so other buyers at the show room wouldn’t see these items pay and load them. He got my showroom address since Dec 16, a very detailed concise address. I swapped those for him there because of how exceptionally clean they were even among others that are equally in very crisp condition & several buyers wanted to pay for those even higher which is why I moved them just for him. I moved them to the Benue Links offices with bolts Twice and they billed N70k and I paid the bolts from my pocket (he is aware of this) I He never had any brand preferences he was to get a 1HP and a 1.5HP Thermocool, even when he was contemplating on getting a Hisense/Thermocool 1.5HP and he mentioned anyone I decide upon should just be to the standard of what he sees me sell. He paid me for a N145k unit and I sent him one I was selling for N165k and still added a free kit but he blamed me for lacking values because the kit is a 1.5HP kit that he can always still use in future. He knows it is the company he asked to deliver to him that defaced his items, I have apologized to him for their actions, even for swapping to these that I now wish I never did I have spent so much time on the phone with this man where he has disparaged my character all because of what a company he himself hired did. That there is the simple definition of heartlessness and pure wickedness, he came to paint a picture like he was scammed or deceived, even I am not happy that those items got to him that way because that was not how they were dropped at the Ido Office the Ejike he himself connected me with. Will I load ac units and then pour red sand on them, is that not pure insanity does that make even the slightest sense to him as he has repeatedly been saying that is how I sent them, DESPITE him getting live pictures on their way there that night, DESPITE him knowing it’s the people who did so, DESPITE the Ejike confirming this is his/their fault and apologizing, and most of all this wicked man would surely have called both the Ejike and Musa his boss to complain to them about how they defaced his items but he is here online blaming me warning people to beware because he said “I should have waited till they loaded the AC’s” and I should have “Wrapped them” I showed him unique I identifiers on those AC’s like the way tape was hanging, how the wires were cut etc just to prove to this man that the AC’s that he was shown being loaded to head to his Ejike which the Ejike received are the same ones with him, again this is even after the Ejike took responsibility for their callousness in handling someone’s consignment princemillla:
