A coordinated military operations might be good, Nigeria provide location and evacuate civilians while US provide air attacks and surveillance by sat!

Nigeria military must ensure, the terrorist are not allowed to pass through safe corridors to mix with the civil population, we know they will be compromised.

There's a slim unclear line of demarcation btw terrorist, Bandits and some villagers including the creeks in the MB !
Politics › Re: We Are Ready For Action In Nigeria - US Defense Secretary Informs Trump by Vulcan24(m): 8:00am On Nov 02, 2025
Military actions depends! Boots on ground or surgical air attacks with precision .

The second option is more likely: drone and bombings. Except when leaders of these terrorist groups flee into urban areas that's when they are pursued with boots on ground, but it's highly unlikely since US don't have assets in Nigeria capable of killing person of interest.

The military action through aerial bombardment will have collateral damage but will be surgical at best, there's bound to be surprises, states must tighten their borders so these bandits don't enter and mix in urban areas, the drone will bomb them out ! and there will be collateral damage.

US don't ask for permission to conduct aerial attacks and that will undermine the government of the PBAT -

This might be the end of his administration

Politics › Ejigbo LCDA Residents Petition Governor Sanwo-olu Over Alleged Impunity By Forme by Vulcan24(op): 9:29am On Oct 10, 2025
Concerned citizens of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area have petitioned Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, urging him to intervene in the alleged personalization of public assets by the immediate passed Executive Chairman, Hon. Monsuru Oloyede Bello.

The petitioners claim that the former Chairman was engaged in acts of impunity, abuse of power, and disregard for accountability. Specifically, they object to the naming of Akinsanya Ajaloleru Primary School after the chairman's clan, alleging that the land was not donated by the clan and that the naming was done without consultation.

The primary school in question was constructed on a site initially meant for a Primary Health Care Centre. The project was attracted to the area by former Chairman Hon. Kehinde Bamigbetan, but the National Primary Health Care Authority failed to execute the project. Hon. Monsuru Oloyede Bello's administration later converted the site into a primary school, which was well-received by the community. However, the naming of the school after the Akinsanya Ajaloleru clan has sparked controversy.

The petitioners also allege that Bello disregarded the opinions of the electorate when renaming the school and the LCDA secretariat. They claim that no consultations were made, and the renaming was done without the knowledge of the governor.

The petitioners were shocked to discover that the chairman had named the upgraded LCDA secretariat 'Nurudeen Obe Complex' in honor of his family. They argue that this is an act of egocentric megalomania and an attempt to shackle a public institution to the Bello's personal ambition.

The petitioners urge Governor Sanwo-Olu to intervene and
1. Rename the primary school to 'Ilamose Community Primary School'
2. Rename the LCDA secretariat to
Ejigbo LCDA Secretariat"

Hon. Monsuru Oloyede Bello was the Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA between 2017 and 2025. During his tenure, he was involved in various projects, including the construction of roads and schools. However, his administration was soaked in controversy

The petition highlights the need for accountability and transparency in governance. The petitioners demands reflect the concerns of the residents of Ejigbo LCDA, who expect their leaders to serve the people, not their personal interests. As the governor considers the petition, it remains to be seen how this situation will unfold.

You are a US sympathizer for sure. Both Vietnam and Afghanistan wars were lost but they chose to use a softer word in order not to look defeated.
Stop siding with bullies. Stop watching American movies or series that make them look like the good guys.
You are anti US! Both wars are policy wars and immediately the policy changes. They left. Abandoning is not same as defeat or synonyms to running away. Stop using street slangs on complex int'l matter

The size of the fight in the dog is the determinant. The US Army has this and more. The Taliban flogged them left, right and centre based on a differing mindset. The same happened in Vietnam. It’s only Israel which is making headway because their army has the same mindset as their opposition.

The fact that no one died of fire burning showed there's poor safety orientation in that place! In short zero safety culture! Recently there was fire somewhere around a machinery and I saw staff shouting and can't use fire extinguisher!!

Then Nigerian youth should take exercise seriously! Haba how can over 10 ppl dies of smoke inhalation and they couldn't be rescued !!
