Fred claimed to know the person that sent the USD account, all that is requested of him is to provide the details and location of account owner. But seems he has collided to with theif to defraud people of their hard earned money as nothing as yet be done by him. If he knows nothing, why hasnt he reported himself or the man to the police? why did he deactivated his moniker on NL without resolving the money issue?
