PLEASE WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR NYSC? I mean during registration at orientation camp

Call-up letter
Degree statement of result or Degree Certificate

#Update : The DG while addressing the NYSC staff at #Lagos state confirmed that there'll be 3 batches from next year

To me, building is better than buying because wen building it from scratch, u will build it to your own taste.

I think some of the questions is better u ask NYSC handle on twitter. They reply instantly.

When some pple talk i dawt if they are even in Sokoto.

Don't scare the hell outta him. Sokoto is very religious free. u can practice ur religion with no hindrance.

Churches in Sokoto that are even on major roads, do even block their lane till afta service b4 u will b able to pass. If the state is not peaceful can that b allowed.
More so,is it to argue religion u liv ur papa house com do 4 Sokoto?

Does nysc allow statement of result without certificate??

Because a friend of mine has only statement, the school refused to give her certificate....

Don't worry yourself about this at all.

You will receive your 1st allowance whilst in camp ...cash lump sum. It is up to you what you do with that. After that, a list will come out with everyone s details and exactly which bank and branch to open an account with. Yes, NYSC likes to be in serious control! . They also do it this way so that individual banks are not bombarded with just nysc. I think they have a contract with 3 or 4 banks and all nysc accounts will be in those banks spread out throughout their branches in the state to mutually benefit each branch.

So bother not yourself with that. When the time comes, get the details of where your designated bank and branch is...after camp (and after sorting out your PPA) take a trip to the bank in question with your documents and voila!

This is to officially disassociate myself with this thread. My reasons is that I graduated this August and my department was able to compute our results fast for Senate approval after which we were asked to register for nysc, I thought it was a joke until I saw my name and that of my colleagues on nysc Senate list, but because of my recalcitrant nature and stubbornness I thought that I should give it more time before I register but it was already late when I went to register on Friday last week, I saw only northern states so I became frustrated and came back without completing my registration but I went back today lo and behold my choice states were staring me in the face and I started clicking.... This is my success story, God don place me and my colleagues ahead of our mates..... For security reasons I won't divulge the name of my school, so don't bother asking.

You graduated August n September ur already on NYSC senate approved list...U must b from a business venture (private university)....Congrats sha

Me too. 3 of my green cards are all wit 3 different influential pple in NYSC HQ Abj.

But wat they promise me was redeployment, if at all I ws not posted to my desired state.

I think anybody telling u to bring money he can runs it 4 u is a scammer.

I was with sum1 of high rank in NYSC HQ Abuja 2day. He even told me that they were warned not to runs anything this tym around.
