Across the wider area, where ShopRite has just a single outlet, Bokku likely operates more than 30 locations. When customers have multiple nearby options and can also order online for home delivery, it becomes increasingly difficult for a single large outlet to dominate the market.

The lesson is clear: in today’s retail environment, success depends on accessibility, convenience, competitive pricing, and the ability to integrate physical stores with online ordering and delivery services. Businesses that fail to adapt to these market realities risk gradually losing relevance, regardless of how strong their brand once was.
