tayo_ast: bought the phone for my mum 2weeks back. She came home yesterday and the phone's touchscreen has stopped responding.

I took it back to where I bought it and I was told visit the Tecno Support Centre here in Ibadan.

Got the the support centre and they replaced the touchscreen under 30mins.

Please i need una help. i was having this low memory problem n this really affected my downloading options. Thus i couldn't download my favorite apps n games. I was advised to root my tn3 which i did but the low memory problem persisted. "memory full, please free memory" constantly pops up. what n how do i tackle this. i am quite new to androdSE I URGENTLY NEED HELP!!!¡
