Bulk of the APLs for EH applicants aren't issued yet. A few of APLs for GT applicants aren't yet issued also. We're waiting patiently to see how things pan out between now & November due to the ravaging flood.

I agree. Information from the towers basically is operations are affected due to the flood. I am sure they would want to complete this process this year.
