shrekandfiona: I wish I could help further but I don't use a mastercard for my online transactions. I use a gtb dollar visa card and I had to activate it by calling gtconnect before I could start using it. I also use a diamond bank naira visa card and I have no issues whatsoever till date.
I'll advise you call gtconnect and inform them of happenings. It can only be resolved by your bank as long as all your details on amazon are correct. Alternatively maybe importers that use gtb mastercard can assist. Cheers how much re u currently been charged on the visa card? |

NgwaManNaija4LF: I saw a ghost,it was during my senior secondary years,by then I use to steal some agric chickens and corn from the school premesis. During that pariod, I do check the system and movements from the school and then return to my operation,it was just a turn amongst us living at day students, also it was boys school and we use to give those items code word like "engine" So,anyone has to provide one engine in a day and I was part of the click
One lonely day, after stealing from the school and on my way home to meet the boys which is not far from our house, then their was a heavy rain,as I droped the stool with the stolen items to check around before jumping out to the main road,as I was returning back to pick the item after much confirmation that the raod is clear-then I saw a very large and huge black lady staring at the stool,as I noticed it, my body was almost freezed, then slowly, I withdrew from the track and pick up a race, even Usine bolt wouldn't have caught me that very day
When I returned back to the hostel, I never discuss the issue with them out of fear! But I later told them that I will no longer do it again and they should respect my view which they accepted and that was the end. But I was so sure that it was a ghost and God that saved me. This encounter change my life.I'm grateful to God to be alive today. |

femofecumzi: I started this thread around 10pm last night. I left aroud 1am this mrning. My galfrnd woke me wit her call around after 3am but i told her to leave our discusion to another time, she was nt happy cuz i wantd to discus our r/ship...shez a serial cheater who stil want me to marry her... Ok, when i was abt 5yr or so, i love to sleep in dad's room cuz it felt better dan mum's own... I woke up one particvlar mrning in my dad's room, only to find myself alone in d dark wit little light comin frm d slightly opend door, dad already awake n out of bed. I sat up to go out...then i saw shadow at d door. I thot its jst me nt awake yet then i tried to confirm if i was awake by clearin my eyes. I found out i was awake then. It startd movin towards me. I didnt want to shout n be wrong but alas the thing keeps movin closer...i finally screamd at d top of my voice for dad. He ran insid frm d sittin room, n d shit jst vanish. I told them wat happend n dey jst shrug it off. Thats when i gradually stop sleepin wit dad. I never 4get that incident cuz it was too clear. Nb...i hav nt typd on nairaland in a long tyme. Wat a thread! A serial cheater will surely wreck havoc later so run and stay clear off that your gf,and hope nothing happened to your dad after then? |

chronique: My first ever experience with seeing a ghost, was in the late 80's at Akure. Colonel Tunde Ogbeha was the military administrator of Ondo state at that time. My parents(both of them) were working in the bank at that time but in different states. I remember my grandma used to make meat-pie and scotch-egg and sausage rolls in large quantities, and my aunts used to take them to supply somewhere. One fateful morning,my mum had bathed me and dressed me up. She was preparing for work and grandma and others were busy packing the snacks they did, into a large bucket,to go deliver. Prior to this day,I had never climbed up the stairs of our house,to Alhaji's apartment. Alhaji was our landlord and He occupied the entire upstairs, while we used the downstairs. Everyone was busy and nobody was watching over me. That was how I climbed upstairs to go see what was in the next compound. As I looked over the fence,I saw a grave in the compound and I saw someone in white(a ghost) walking up and down in the compound. I became very petrified and ran downstairs. I started crying and insisted I was going to follow my mum to work. My grandma beat the hell out of me and my mum ran off to work. During the day,I was with my elder cousin(she's a few years older than me) and my sister,at home. That's how we saw this same ghost passing through our compound(we were seeing it from the very light curtain in the room). It kept walking up and down. We were too scared to shout or talk. We just hid underneath the bed throughout the day till an elderly person came home. Something else happened but I'm not sure if it was that same night,or another night. We were all about to sleep and there was no power supply. We had locked the gate and the front and back doors. Suddenly,we heard a knock on the door. Grandma went to check and when she opened, there was nobody there. Suddenly,we heard same knoc on the back door. She locked front door and went to open the back door but no one was there. As she was locking the door, the knock started at the front door again. At that time, she discovered it was spiritual. She brought holy water and started sprinkling in front of the door(we were attending cherubim and seraphim church movement at that time). This was the first scare I had as a child. Several other events later occurred. damn ....scary....so after tht what else happened?.. |

practicalclass: Well i"ll say i agree with u. Its just the long wait and d fact that u expect u shldn't pay again after paying for shipping frm China, like its done in oda countries. well yea your rite the long wait can b annoying, which is why u should only use it for your non urgent stuff, during the last aliexpress 7 seas sales i bought up to 26 different products of different quantities for personal use, biz, gifts and co..and nipost was considered the best bet for it paid like 5-6k (recharge pins for my postman inclusive) for it and its over 7kg or so cant remember..its better than nonykings normal shipping, which took close to 2months the last time i used them for my powerbanks |
