good morning,he coundnt sleep and was vomiting excessively but he is all stable now. how is your family doing?

good evening fam, hope you are all doing fine.

two days ago the practicing doctor overdosed my brother on dexamethasone,it was a fearful thing to me considering the fact that i followed a thread where chemo was quoted to be dangerous and not an advisable remedy solution and i imagined an overdose of it.

its an appalling situation for a tertiary hospital to be engaging misfits who cant handle simple instructions regarding dosage to manage patients with serious health concerns.

good evening fam. hope you are all doing great in your endeavors. tomorrow hopefully we will commence the second phase of the chemotheraphy. we remain stronger and hopeful that he will come out cancer free.

I am not even in the medical field period.... but just follow stuffs... and this whole chemotherapy scam is something I follow passionately and try to let people wake up and stop being exploited. Ask yourself....why the US is the hot spot for cancer?...and not Europe?... ask yourself why chemo is almost never an option to treat cancer in Europe...but first option in the US.
I know nothing about veins and collapsing.... but if I have to advise you... let them forget about treating your brother for cancer...let them fix the amputation and deal with that.when he recovers from that..... if he really has cancer.... then seek alternative treatment. i just got more confused,are you suggesting that the doctors can inject their patients with chemicals knowing fully well that the procedure wont yield positive result just for the money? its scary if your postulations are positive. i will research on your posits nonetheless.

You need to understand what chemotherapy is all about. It is like if a child has worms... if you give him one teaspoonful of sniper...yes..sniper... 3 times a day... would it kill all of the worms? It wouldn't... the dosage can't be strong enough or the child will die of poisoning. Meanwhile... the sniper would be destroying the kidneys and liver and if continued... the child would die of ...kidney failure or other ailment caused by the effects of the sniper. But for sure..... worms wouldn't be the cause of death. Chemo is pretty much the same... it is a poison put into your system with the hope of killing out all the cancer cells...but killing others and damaging the organs at the same time... the reason why after 5 years.... only about 6% of patients undergoing chemo survive. I can say anything...but think about those you knew who were undergoing chemo over that period...and how many are still alive.

my younger brother is currently undergoing chemo. you just ruined my day with the expose, honestly something in me just died. are you a doctor? do you have any experience with patient suffering alveolar rhybdosarcoma? did they ever survive? he already lost his hand to amputation will all our efforts be in vain?

but honestly i am scared with what i am reading here,does it mean the cancer can still show back again after the chemo and radio? somebody please tell me the answer is no.

congratulations,someday my brother will testify as you just did. we already did the surgery/amputation and the chemotherapy is ongoing. hopefully we will come out victorious as you did.

we are negotiating to be coming from home for the chemo session so as to reduce the ward bill which have accumulated heavily but they are advising we wait for a few days while they monitor his progress.

he is fighting and hopefully will come out victorious. the effect of the chemo is on the downside as there is no more case of vomiting plus feed consumption have greatly improved.

he barely eat enough,have to put in a lot of cajoling and persuasion to achieve very little result. the food are mostly balanced and i try to put up a happy face even though deep down i am a wreck.
