1. What's the battery duration like? Looking for something that lasts between 3-5 hours.
2. That nick at the edge doesn't really look like a small nick. It looks huge; huge enough to disfigure the PC?

Well to be honest battery will last possible 6hrs on standby and 5hrs+ on usage. And as for the nick its small not huge.there is no issue what so ever.but when you see what you are buying yoy will appreciate it
